SHELLY BEACH

It is also a meaningful turning point in many people’s lives where they have an opportunity to create a new and better path. Shelly Beach is committed to helping her clients though the challenges so that each client is put in the best position possible given the circumstances.

Shelly Beach has deep roots in the Tampa Bay Area as a 4th generation resident of Pinellas County. Shelly is an experienced and highly skilled family law attorney who has practiced all aspects of marital and family law since her admission to the Florida Bar Association in 2004. Shelly Beach attended the University of Florida where she graduated with high honors in May 2001 and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2004. While in law school, she completed specialized coursework to earn a Certificate in Family Law. During law school, she also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Toby Monaco, Circuit Court Judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit. Shelly is an experienced advocate for her clients in developing case strategy and effective representation in hearings, mediations, and trial. In 2015, Shelly completed Collaborative Law training and is certified in Collaborative Law which allows clients to have greater control and privacy in the divorce process to sensibly reach a customized resolution.


Shelly serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Clearwater Bar Association and is a past president of the Clearwater Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Shelly is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Clearwater Bar Association. She is a member of the Pinellas County Canakaris Inn of Court for Marital and Family Law and was nominated to serve as a group leader. As part of her ongoing involvement in the legal community, Shelly Beach volunteers with Bay Area Legal Services in Family Law Clinics, serves as the chairperson of a popular mock trial field trip for grade school students, Goldilocks vs. the Three Bears, and is the co-chair of the Clearwater Bar Association Law Day Poster Contest.

Shelly enjoys being active in the local community. She was elected to serve as the President of the Rotary Club of Dunedin North and was nominated to serve as the Secretary for the Board of Educational Trustees of a local school. During her involvement and leadership with the Rotary Club of Dunedin North, Shelly was elected to serve as a board member of the Dunedin North Rotary Foundation which provides vocational education scholarships to students. She has participated in numerous service projects and has helped create and launch fundraisers for the benefit of several local charities and non-profit organizations. Shelly was selected to be a member of Leadership Pinellas, class of 2015, and has remained active in several Leadership Pinellas alumni committees.
