Staci Chisholm - Attorney at Law - Chisholm Beach Law Offices

Staci Kelly Chisholm

Staci Kelly Chisholm believes that successful advocacy starts with setting her client’s expectations, followed by preparation, good faith negotiations and efficiency in processes. In Staci’s 16 years practicing law, this foundation, she finds, is the best approach for clients experiencing the angst of separation, divorce, and personal injury. Staci has experience on both sides of personal injury cases. She has represented medical professionals and injured persons. Staci is also trained in Collaborative Law which is a unique non-adversarial process which allows divorcing couples to resolve their issues without having to go through traditional litigation.
Staci is a proud native of Quincy, Florida. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Florida A & M University. She went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Economics from Florida State University and completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. When asked which school she roots for, she says, “all of them and when they’re playing each other, the underdog of course.”
Staci is a Former Board Member of Bay Area Legal Services and the Clearwater Bar Association. She is also the past Section Chair of the Family Law Section of the Clearwater Bar Association and a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. Staci volunteers her time assisting Bay Area Legal Services with their Family Law Forms Clinic to provide individuals with pro se legal assistance and partners with them providing limited representation to members of the community who cannot afford representation. Staci volunteers her time to organize and provide legal assistance to the Clearwater Bar Annual Legal Fair which helps members of the community, regardless of income, with family law matters. Staci zealously represents the Three Bears in the mock trial, Goldilocks vs. the Three Bears, which is an annual courthouse field trip for local grade school children. Staci is also the recipient of the first ever Clearwater Bar Association President’s Award for Excellence in Pro Bono Legal Services for 2017.
Staci is an adjunct Professor of Economics at Valencia College. In her free time she enjoys spending family Fridays with her family. She also enjoys art, jazz, and all things Napa Valley.

Shelly Beach

Going through a divorce or the pain of an injury or loss, is undeniably a stressful time. It is also a meaningful turning point in many people’s lives where they have an opportunity to be compensated for their loss and create a new and better path. Shelly Beach is experienced and is committed to helping her clients though these legal challenges so that each client is put in the best position possible given the circumstances.

Shelly Beach has deep roots in the Tampa Bay Area as a 4th generation resident of Pinellas County. Shelly is an experienced and highly skilled attorney who gained extensive legal experience since her admission to the Florida Bar Association in 2004. Shelly Beach attended the University of Florida where she graduated with high honors in May 2001 and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2004. During law school, she was selected to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Toby Monaco, Circuit Court Judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit and completed specialized coursework to earn a Certificate in Family Law. Shelly is an experienced advocate for her clients in developing case strategy and effective representation in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial. To better meet the needs of her clients, Shelly is also certified in Collaborative Law which allows clients to have greater control and privacy in the divorce process to sensibly reach a customized resolution.

Shelly serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Clearwater Bar Association and is a past president of the Clearwater Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Shelly is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Clearwater Bar Association. She is a member of the Pinellas County Canakaris Inn of Court. As part of her ongoing involvement in the legal community, Shelly Beach volunteers with Bay Area Legal Services and has served as the chairperson of a popular mock trial for grade school students, Goldilocks vs. the Three Bears, and the Clearwater Bar Association Law Day Poster Contest.

Shelly enjoys being active in the local community. She is a Past-President of the Rotary Club of Dunedin North and was nominated to serve as the Secretary for the Board of Educational Trustees of a local school. During her involvement and leadership with the Rotary Club of Dunedin North, Shelly was elected to serve as a board member of the Dunedin North Rotary Foundation which provides vocational education scholarships to students. She has participated in numerous service projects and has helped create and launch fundraisers for the benefit of several local charities and non-profit organizations. Shelly was selected to be a member of Leadership Pinellas, class of 2015, and has remained active as a Leadership Pinellas alumni.

Colleen McIntosh

Colleen McIntosh has a deep rooted belief in helping others, especially during the trying times of separation, divorce, or injury.

Colleen is a Florida native and cannot imagine calling anywhere else home. Although she was born and raised in Gainesville, she attended the Florida State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in both Political Science and Psychology. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.

While at Stetson, Colleen was active in several student organizations and served on the Board of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Association in several capacities. Colleen is an active member of the Clearwater Bar Association and Canakaris Inn of Court. She serves as the vice-chair of the Professionalism Committee of the Clearwater Bar Association.

Colleen enjoys playing golf and tennis, spending time with her animals, and traveling.
