Staci Kelly Chisholm

Shelly Beach
Shelly Beach has deep roots in the Tampa Bay Area as a 4th generation resident of Pinellas County. Shelly is an experienced and highly skilled attorney who gained extensive legal experience since her admission to the Florida Bar Association in 2004. Shelly Beach attended the University of Florida where she graduated with high honors in May 2001 and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2004. During law school, she was selected to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Toby Monaco, Circuit Court Judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit and completed specialized coursework to earn a Certificate in Family Law. Shelly is an experienced advocate for her clients in developing case strategy and effective representation in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial. To better meet the needs of her clients, Shelly is also certified in Collaborative Law which allows clients to have greater control and privacy in the divorce process to sensibly reach a customized resolution.
Shelly enjoys being active in the local community. She is a Past-President of the Rotary Club of Dunedin North and was nominated to serve as the Secretary for the Board of Educational Trustees of a local school. During her involvement and leadership with the Rotary Club of Dunedin North, Shelly was elected to serve as a board member of the Dunedin North Rotary Foundation which provides vocational education scholarships to students. She has participated in numerous service projects and has helped create and launch fundraisers for the benefit of several local charities and non-profit organizations. Shelly was selected to be a member of Leadership Pinellas, class of 2015, and has remained active as a Leadership Pinellas alumni.

Colleen McIntosh
Colleen McIntosh has a deep rooted belief in helping others, especially during the trying times of separation, divorce, or injury.
Colleen is a Florida native and cannot imagine calling anywhere else home. Although she was born and raised in Gainesville, she attended the Florida State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in both Political Science and Psychology. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
While at Stetson, Colleen was active in several student organizations and served on the Board of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Association in several capacities. Colleen is an active member of the Clearwater Bar Association and Canakaris Inn of Court. She serves as the vice-chair of the Professionalism Committee of the Clearwater Bar Association.
Colleen enjoys playing golf and tennis, spending time with her animals, and traveling.
